The world is a weird place.
Or rather, a succession of weird places, nested
in a weird way.

The stellar fields are studded with mysterious
wrecks falling from the sky, sometimes occupied
by their otherworldly occupants.

The edge of the great woods moves back and
forth like the tide. 

The swamps sometimes swallow up entire
villages, or let ancient vestiges emerge.

While some seek isolation and a paradoxical
form of tranquility, most of the Landless
converge on the supposedly most hospitable
lands.

Only to discover that these are contested
by a number of self-appointed monarchs, cults
convinced they hold the only truth, and other
long-toothed guilds.

The world is a strange place, but you are
probably just as strange.

Weird Sorcery is a fantasy game with a twist about character creation and magical powers: the weaker you are, the more spells you can summon to beat the odds in key moments. The Sorcery is a strange entity-like power which begs to be used.

The system is really streamlined, passed the creation of your character you'll only need a few six-sided dice.

Fights are quick and lethal, players are encouraged to be aware of the risks and to minimize these by seeking alternative approaches.
